Each week week we offer a limited number of farm shares with a variety of quality foods produced on the farm.
A weekly share is likely to include organic whole-milk yogurt, pesto or fruit preserves delivered in glass jars. Please return our jars for a $1 discount (per jar) off your next share!
We also offer some ala carte items, that can be purchased separately or added on to a share. If you have questions please send us an email lavalandinstitute@gmail.com SUBJECT: FARM SHARE.
Please note: Our farm is not routinely inspected by the USDA. Consume all farm fresh foods at your own risk. Cook to USDA recommended temperatures to reduce the risk of food-borne illness. Prepared foods are made in a home kitchen not routinely inspected by the Department of Health.
It's hard to know exactly which veggies will be available when it's time for your share, we will do our best to fulfill all orders as described. We reserve the right to give you extra produce not listed, or substitute as needed.
Items that include a "+" means you may receive more, we'll know the exact weight at the time of packaging. You will never receive less than the agreed amount.
Our products change with the seasons December-April is more meat and dairy, May-November has more produce. We are excited to offer a wide range of farm fresh products year round.
